Cycling and Stuff

Trainer CTS test Average watts = 185 average HR 125. I felt pretty good and could do another 10 watts at least. This is about the same as the January test, so that's good.  I managed to do 200+ watts on the Climbing Power Workout, so I'm pretty sure that the test hasn't worked well for me.  I'm just not going hard enough.

No riding today.  I'm taking Thursday and Friday off.  Saturday I'll do a preliminary cts test run through.  I'm not looking forward to this as I'm pretty sure that I won't be able to match last years numbers, which were none to good anyway.

Split wood for an hour.  1 more hour should do it.  I had to fix the gas line on the splitter.

Busy Wednesday.  Spinning this morning.  I am about 10 watts under relevance, but I'm not going that hard yet.  I need to get Terry to work a little harder.  Walked Bailey around the ponds.  Lots of fun, he did dog stuff and got pretty wet.
