Cyclo90

I'm finishing up the 3rd week of Cyclo90 Hit30 workouts.  These are 30 minute workouts with high intensity mixed with a lot of core workouts for flexibility and core strength.  I must say that I am feeling a lot stronger than when I started.  I would be surprised if my FTP was not higher than 220 watts right now.  The plan is 12 weeks, divided into 2 6 week programs.  I'll only do the 1st 6 week program as it will be hard to stay inside once the warm weather gets here.  I'm finding the core workouts to be just about as hard as the cyling workouts.  So far my warm-up HR is a lot lower than when I started and it seems like I can do more watts longer at a lower HR than when I started.  I turn 70 tomorrow.
