Threshold Power
I did another threshold power test, this time from Graeme somebody on the web. The results:
Functional Threshold Power Test.
watts 220
HR 130
This is about 90% of the watts and Hr that I was able to hold for 10 minutes. Seems a little low. I wasn't totally hammered, but I didn't want to do another one.
