Cycling and Stuff

Is it possible to impeach Congress as a whole?  It seems to me that their behavior is treasonous enough.  A total disregard for the American people for instance.

It's day 300 of the interminable heat wave, but I don't want to write about the weather, it's too boring since everybody has one.  I could write about taking a nap every afternoon since the heat came, but that would be pretty boring and probably put the reader to sleep as well.  How about Rob's cats?  Rob and Kathy are off on a Western vacation and we are taking care of their 3 cats while they are gone.  That means that we wander over to their house and give them food and water and clean out the litter boxes.  I had no idea that 3 cats could shit so much!  Watching the status dynamics is sort of fun.  The cat that we thought would be dominant turns out not to be the dominant one.  Instead, the cat that looks like Spot seems to be running things, making fatty wait to eat.

Michael was here last week.  It's hard to get a handle on what your kids are really about when you don't see them and I'm sure that I have misjudged Michael as he seems to be pretty together after talking to him at dinner a few times.

No riding today or tomorrow as I'm taking an enforced rest at least until Wednesday.
